Job summary

Foxen in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to lead onboarding projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating with CSMs, RM, CX engineers and internal teams for seamless deployments and strong client relationships.

Requirements include 2+ years in SaaS project management, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel may be required; a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire customer onboarding process from initial kickoff to successful launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each onboarding project.
• Collaborate with CSMs, RMs, CX Engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges throughout onboarding.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate progress and address roadblocks.
• Track project progress and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers during onboarding.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify onboarding improvements.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and best practices and contribute to PM tools/resources.
