Job summary

Egnyte is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team in Mountain View, CA (Hybrid). You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor commercial agreements and help manage risk in SaaS and technology deals.

The ideal candidate has an active Bar membership (CA or other) and 1–2 years in contract drafting, with familiarity in data privacy, IP, and GDPR/CPRA. You will partner with product, sales, and finance to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active California or other State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (preferably SaaS/technology).
• Knowledge of GDPR/CPRA and intellectual property principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer and vendor-facing commercial agreements.
• Advise on contractual, legal, and business risks and support initiatives related to IP and data privacy.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and finance to mitigate risk and enable business initiatives.
