Job summary

One Identity, LLC is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join the Legal team, supporting sales and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented commercial attorney who balances legal risk with business objectives and communicates guidance pragmatically in a high-volume enterprise deal environment.

This role offers growth as One Identity expands, with opportunities to work across contract drafting, negotiation, templates, and lifecycle management, including experience with Ironclad.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least 1 state.
• 3-5 years' of tech transactions experience in a B2B SaaS/tech environment. In-house legal experience required.
• Experience negotiating SaaS/software agreements, DPAs, partner/reseller and vendor agreements.
• Track record of running commercial deals independently and obtaining signatures.
• Strong legal operations instincts with process, templates and automation experience; prior contracting processes.
• Bonus: experience using Ironclad.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and close a wide variety and high volume of complex customer, partner and vendor contracts with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and business units to achieve contract negotiation outcomes.
• Anticipate contractual, legal or operational issues and address them to reduce disputes or delays.
• Support development and improvement of contract templates, playbooks, workflows and training.
• Support contract lifecycle management and redline workflows using tools like Ironclad.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the legal team and with senior leadership.
• Assist with other tasks to support a dynamic, high-growth environment.
