Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Hybrid Irving, TX team. You will manage customer billing, collections, and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor aging, coordinate onboarding, support tax compliance, and contribute to month-end close and audits. Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge are essential for success in this role. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounts receivable, billing or accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with Certinia, Avalara or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day AR functions, including billing, adjustments and collections.
• Monitor aging balances and assess collectability.
• Serve as primary contact for client account inquiries.
• Maintain and update client billing data and invoicing requirements.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and account setup for timely invoicing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support month-end AR close and multi-state tax reconciliations.
• Participate in audits and drive AR process improvements.
