VRS is a Super Venture Builder (SVB) based in the Gulf, building a series of tech and AI enabled Venture Builders, and Venture Building Programs (VBPs), across a range of sectors, participating in MEA (Middle East & Africa), with the ambition to become a global tech leader, primarily in: eGames, Tourism, New Media, Energy, Health, Real Estate, Education.

VRS has established strategic partnerships with various tech leaders and SaaS providers, including Zoho, Miro, and Freepik, to empower both its ventures and its diverse clients, which comprises SMEs and Enterprises.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Agent to drive sales of our cutting-edge SaaS platforms and related implementation/training/support services in MENA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in IT sales to join a rapidly growing company and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients across the MENA region
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements
  • Maintain records and update CRM (Zoho)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies

You Should Have:

  • 5+ years in IT or SaaS sales with a strong record of closing deals
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with GCC markets
  • Experience with Zoho apps, Miro, Freepik, GWS, Zoho CRM (a plus)
  • Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms in the sales process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
