Job summary

Quilt Software is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in New York City. You will report to the VP, Assistant Controller and lead accounting operations for a fast-growing global SaaS company, including billing, revenue recognition, cash management and monthly close.

This role offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to implement scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows while working with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required or equivalent.
• Public accounting experience preferred (approx. 2–4 years).
• CPA preferred is a plus; strong GAAP knowledge essential.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP management of Netsuite and financial systems.
• Prepare and consolidate corporate and divisional financial statements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely accuracy.
