As an SaaS Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new products and solutions. The SaaS Account Manager will identify upsell opportunities, educate agency leaders on the platform’s value, and ensure clients maximize their partnership. We’re seeking results‑driven professionals who excel at building trust, uncovering needs, and growing revenue through long‑term client success.
This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm)
Our client offers a base salary of $100,000 plus commission (60/40 split). The total compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits plan with medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, a health savings account (HSA), generous paid time off (PTO), and more.
