Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an SAP S4 HANA ISC Project Manager to drive the end-to-end ERP implementation within the Process Technologies business. The role focuses on delivering the SAP S4 HANA project across Order-to-Delivery with cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs and business goals.

You will lead workshops, coordinate SD/MM configurations, manage risks, and ensure successful readiness of systems and processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP implementation.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• PMP, Agile, or similar certification.

• Lead cross-functional teams (Business, CS, ISC, IT) to deliver S4 HANA ERP implementation for discrete and continuous manufacturing, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule commitments.
• Execute MOS with stakeholders to align with requirements and regulatory standards.
• Redesign order management to delivery processes, standardize workflows, increase automation.
• Coordinate SAP configuration efforts (SD, MM) and integrations with CX and ISC tools.
• Lead UAT and SIT activities; identify and mitigate risks; support change management and training.

SAP S4 HANA ISC Project Manager

You will report directly to our Senior Director ISC Project Management, and work from one of the following locations: Rosemont, Charlotte, and Houston on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP S4 Hana ERP implementation (Project Helix) within the Process Technology (PT) business. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and support overall business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional teams (Business, CX, ISC, and IT) to deliver S4 HANA ERP implementation for discrete and continuous manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule commitments
• Execute disciplined MOS with operational stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and that processes comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards
• Redesign end-to-end order management to delivery processes to standardize workflows, increase automation, and close operational gaps
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state "To-Be" processes and align business requirements with standard S4 Hana functionalities.
• Coordinate SAP configuration efforts, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM), and integrations with CX and ISC tools
• Support product, precious metal process, and duty drawback design, including BOM and Pricing
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues, while supporting organization change management and end-user training
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• In-depth knowledge of sales order, master data, and supply chain processes
• Proven proficiency in SAP SD, MM, and CX tools
• Demonstrated experience in process standardization and business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
