Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a SAP S4 HANA ISC Project Manager to drive the S/4HANA ERP implementation (Project Helix) within the Process Technology business.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Business, CX, ISC, and IT to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Delivery processes in a hybrid work setting across Rosemont, Charlotte, and Houston. With 6+ years of PM experience and deep SAP SD/MM knowledge, you will coordinate SAP configurations, run UAT/SIT, and manage risks while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with ERP implementation.
• PM/Agile certifications (PMP, Agile).
• Experience in a global organization.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver S4 HANA ERP implementation, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule commitments.
• Execute MOS with stakeholders to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Redesign end-to-end order management to delivery processes for standardization and automation.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and align requirements with SAP capabilities.
• Coordinate SAP configuration (SD, MM) and integrations with CX and ISC tools.
• Support product, precious metal process, and duty drawback design.
• Lead UAT and SIT activities, manage risks and issues, and support change management.
