Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Lead to orchestrate S4 HANA implementation for PT across Houston, TX; hybrid schedule with other sites in Charlotte, NC and Rosemont, IL. You will drive planning excellence, dependencies, cutover readiness, and change management to deliver on-time value.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, lead training, UAT, and post-go-live support, and ensure adherence to global design models while advancing process standardization and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven project management with focus on data governance.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Understanding master data interoperability and its impact on supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience developing supply chain strategies to optimize inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for S4 HANA implementation as project lead and training lead.
• Manage dependencies, cutover readiness, adoption, and change management.
• Drive standardization projects for PT supply planning.
• Support global supply planners with troubleshooting SAP S4.
• Coordinate ERP issue resolution with IT and analytics teams.
• Ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model for planning.
