Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a S4 Product Owner to translate product vision into actionable backlog items for the S4 domain in Charlotte or Atlanta. You will own and prioritize the team backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and enablers for delivery by the Agile team.

You will partner with the S4 Product Manager, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure priorities, customer needs, and requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Agile delivery roles developing backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and team deliverables.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical and delivery teams.
• Strong collaboration across business, IT, and delivery teams with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Team Backlog for your S4 area, ensuring stories and enablers are clearly defined and ordered by value.
• Translate the product vision/roadmap into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.
• Act as primary liaison with stakeholders and end-users for clarification and feedback.
• Support PI Planning with feature breakdown and alignment to program priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, other Product Owners, Scrum Masters and IT teams for alignment.
• Define acceptance criteria and verify work meets the Definition of Done.
