Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a S4 Product Owner to translate the product vision into actionable backlog items for a designated functional area.

You will own and prioritize the Team Backlog, ensuring user stories, defects, and enablers are clearly defined and ordered by business value for delivery by the Agile team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science/engineering/math).
• 3+ years as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in Agile.
• 3+ years knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S4 and Innovation to Order processes.
• 3+ years of Jira backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile execution.
• 3+ years translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
• 3+ years collaborating across business, IT, and delivery teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Team Backlog for your S4 area, ensuring user stories, defects, and enablers are clearly defined and ordered by business value.
• Translate vision, roadmap, and backlog items into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and team deliverables.
• Act as primary liaison for business stakeholders and end-users for the Agile team.
• Support PI Planning with feature breakdown and alignment of sprint work to priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams.
• Define acceptance criteria, validate work, and accept user stories per Definition of Done.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress, address questions, remove blockers, and escalate risks.
• Ensure S4 capabilities drive standardization, efficiency, and transformation.
