Job summary
Honeywell seeks an S4 Product Owner to join in Atlanta or Charlotte. You will translate the S4 vision into actionable backlog items, own and prioritize the Team Backlog, and ensure stories, defects, and enablers are clearly defined and ordered by business value for delivery by the Agile team.
You will collaborate with the S4 Product Manager, stakeholders, process owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities, customer needs, and functional requirements, while supporting PI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years in Agile delivery as PM/PO/BA or similar.
- 3+ years in SAP S4 and ERP processes.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and prioritize the Team Backlog for the S4 area.
- Translate vision into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Represent business stakeholders for the Agile team and provide guidance.
- Support PI Planning, identify dependencies, and align sprint work to priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, other POs, Scrum Masters, and IT teams.
- Define acceptance criteria, validate work, and accept stories on Done.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress, address questions, remove blockers, escalate risks.
