Standard Calibrations, Inc. seeks an Asst. Shipping and Receiving Manager to support the Logistics Director.

You will assist with packaging, shipping, receiving, wood packaging, crate construction, and supply orders while interacting with Sage X3, PIEE, WAWF, and VSM. The role emphasizes accuracy, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma with 5 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to draft clear records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5 years logistics experience required.
• Associates or higher in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel and ability to draft records.
• Experience with PIEE, WAWF, VSM and related systems preferred.
• Mil-spec shipping and crate building knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Sage X3, PIEE, WAWF, VSM and related systems to support S&R.
• Assist in writing work instructions and procedures for logistics.
• Perform basic quality inspections and report non-conforming material.
• Receive and log delivered material, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage wood packaging program compliance.
• Lead crate construction and build schedules with S&R Manager.
• Support commercial/mil-spec shipment orders.
• Order packaging supplies using economic order quantities.
• Perform safety checks and operate warehouse vehicles and equipment.
