Openwork in Baytown, TX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) to oversee dock operations and a small team. The role requires leading daily shipping/receiving tasks, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will supervise 3–4 forklift drivers, assist with container loading, and perform forklift duties as needed. Weekend/holiday/overtime availability is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to manage a 3–4 driver team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dock operations.
• Basic math skills for counts and packing calculations.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs when needed.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Petrochemical industry experience.
