ABA Industry Inc. is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Lead to manage daily dock operations in Carson, CA, with an expected move to Ontario, CA.

This is a hands-on working lead role on the warehouse floor and also responsible for shipping documentation and carrier coordination. You will supervise shipping/receiving staff, verify outbound and inbound shipments, maintain data in WMS/ERP, and enforce safety policies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Hands-on experience on a warehouse floor/dock.
• Experience coordinating shipments, carriers, and shipping documents.
• Familiarity with BOLs, palletizing, and dock procedures.
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS and/or ERP systems.
• Forklift experience (sit-down / reach preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Ontario, CA.

Job Description

Location: Carson, CA (temporary) → Ontario, CA (expected to start Mid October, 2026)

We are seeking a Shipping / Receiving Lead who can operate as both a hands-on floor lead and a shipping coordinator.

This role is responsible for leading daily shipping and receiving activities on the warehouse floor, while also managing shipping documentation, carrier coordination, and system accuracy.

This is a working lead position — you will be on the dock, interacting with drivers and warehouse staff, while also handling shipping paperwork and communication.

• Create shipping Coordination & Documentation
• Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and paperwork
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and freight providers
• Schedule pickups and deliveries based on cutoff times and priorities
• Enter and maintain accurate data in WMS / ERP systems
• Communicate shipment status, delays, or issues to internal teams
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in shipping and receiving operations
• Hands-on experience working on a warehouse floor / dock
• Experience coordinating shipments, carriers, and shipping documents
• Familiarity with BOLs, palletizing, and dock procedures
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS and/or ERP systems

Preferred

• Lead or senior shipping/receiving experience
• Experience with LTL / FTL / container receiving
• Inventory control or cycle count experience
• Bilingual: English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Ability to communicate with overseas vendors, internal teams, or documentation in Chinese is a plus
• Ability to train and guide other warehouse staff
