Job summary

CHEP seeks an experienced S+ Process Solutions Lead to advance serialization across North America. You will partner with engineering, operations, digital and supplier teams to optimize processes, drive pilot initiatives, and scale cutting-edge technologies in service centers and pallet handling locations.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in manufacturing or logistics, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
10+ years in manufacturing or logistics operations.
Experience leading technical projects end-to-end.
Process ownership mindset and end-to-end thinking.
Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority.
Experience with AI, robotics, and digital twins.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage large-scale capital engineering projects for automation, IoT and continuous improvement.
Lead Capex documents, cost estimates, layouts and specifications within budget.
Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, safety compliance and enviro rules.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce MTBF and raise efficiency with advanced tech.
Create training programs and handover docs for operations teams.
Maintain financial control, forecast expenditures and ensure fiduciary compliance.
Champion Zero Harm and environmental standards across projects.
