IP Corporation in St. Paul, MN seeks a Senior Manager, S&OP & Network Planning to lead the enterprise S&OP process across eight manufacturing locations and multiple operating companies, coordinating demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business)
• 7+ years of experience in S&OP/IBP, supply chain planning, or production scheduling
• Experience designing and leading enterprise S&OP processes across locations
• Strong ability to facilitate executive-level planning discussions and drive cross-functional alignment
• Experience balancing demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory, and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process across eight locations and multiple operating companies
• Establish governance, planning calendars, standard work, and decision frameworks
• Facilitate executive-level S&OP meetings and drive alignment among commercial, operations, finance, and supply chain leaders
• Integrate demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives into a unified operating plan
• Lead scenario planning and what-if analyses for strategic decisions
• Translate business strategy into actionable supply, inventory, and capacity plans
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies; monitor capacity utilization
• Oversee network planning and production scheduling; develop master production schedules
