Job summary

Suzano is seeking an S&OP Analyst to join our Supply Chain organization. You will analyze demand, supply, inventory, and operating data to support informed decisions and business alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, maintain planning models, and support monthly S&OP cycles to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., SCM, BA, IE).
Experience in S&OP, demand, production, or inventory planning.
Advanced Excel skills and data modeling.
ERP experience (SAP preferred).
Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools.
Understanding of forecasting and supply chain processes.
Experience in manufacturing or consumer products preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the monthly S&OP cycle including demand reviews and supply reviews.
Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to forecasts, production, inventory, and capacity.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
Monitor demand/supply trends and identify risks, opportunities, and gaps.
Develop and maintain demand/inventory planning models.
Generate reports for executive decision-making and performance reviews.
Develop dashboards and tools using Power BI, Excel, and planning systems.
