Suzano Packaging LLC is seeking a detail-oriented S&OP Analyst to join our Supply Chain group. You will analyze demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to support decision-making and alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

Suzano is seeking an S&OP Analyst to join our Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by analyzing demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to facilitate effective decision-making and business alignment. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, balance supply and demand, and drive continuous improvements in planning processes. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Support the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand reviews, supply reviews, inventory assessments, and executive S&OP meetings.
Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to sales forecasts, production plans, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and customer demand.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to align operational plans with business objectives.
Monitor demand and supply trends and identify risks, opportunities, and potential gaps that may impact service levels or inventory performance.
Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, providing recommendations to improve forecast quality and planning effectiveness.
Assist in developing and maintaining demand planning and inventory planning models.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support executive decision-making and business performance reviews.
Track and report key S&OP performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, customer service levels, capacity utilization, and plan attainment.
Support inventory optimization initiatives while balancing customer service, operational efficiency, and working capital objectives.
Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of changes in demand, supply, production capacity, and market conditions.
Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to identify potential supply constraints and recommend mitigation plans.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, SAP, and other planning systems.
Ensure planning data integrity across ERP and planning platforms.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, reporting automation, and data management.
Participate in cross-functional projects that improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Business Analytics, or related functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical tools.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory management principles, and supply chain planning processes.
Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, industrial products, or process industries is preferred.
