Job summary
Suzano seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. You will analyze data, monitor inventory, and support process improvements across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth material flow.
The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, operations, or business analytics is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or planning principles.
- Strong academic achievement and a demonstrated interest in supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and maintain supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational performance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels and help identify opportunities to optimize stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
- Support supply planning and material management activities by maintaining accurate system data.
- Analyze KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Support forecasting and inventory planning analyses under guidance of senior staff.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain data accuracy within SAP and other SCM systems.
- Create dashboards and visual reports to improve operational visibility.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory planning analyses.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain organization.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to special projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Suzano is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory monitoring, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Manufacturing to help ensure the efficient flow of materials and information throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
