Job summary

Mondi is seeking a Streams Collaboration Coordinator in the Corrugated Solutions sector. The role focuses on driving process excellence, digitalisation, and system optimisation across streams, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will manage agile sprints, assess development proposals, and coordinate between business units, IT, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and value alignment. English is required; travel up to 30% may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA; CRM; OMP; BW is essential

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business streams to align processes within S/4HANA
• Oversee mapping, optimization, and integration of processes across streams in S/4HANA
• Maintain safe, secure and speak-up friendly environment
• Monitor developments, enhancements, and customisations in S/4HANA
• Plan and manage agile sprints related to S/4HANA developments
• Assess proposals from business stakeholders and IT for feasibility and value
• Facilitate communication among business units, IT, and vendors
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisations
• Document cross-stream activities and provide updates to leadership
• Support and collaborate with Master Data Specialist
• Contribute to organizational culture with transformational mindset
• Lead topics: Intracompany, Subcontracting, Box Erecting, Sprint Management, OTIF, Offset
