Veriipro seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA FSCM Consultant to lead design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of FSCM solutions across Credit, Collections, Dispute Management and AR functions. The role requires 10+ years of SAP Finance, with extensive FSCM implementation experience in global environments.

The candidate will drive business process transformation across Finance, Treasury, Credit and AR, coordinating with technical teams on APIs and third-party integrations.

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP FSCM solutions. This role requires deep functional expertise across Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Accounts Receivable, with additional experience integrating SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience, and a proven ability to drive business process transformation across Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable functions in complex global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FSCM solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct business process assessments and solution design workshops with Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management and Dispute Management functionality.
• Design and implement credit scoring, risk assessment, credit exposure monitoring, credit limit management, and credit approval workflows.
• Configure collection strategies, segmentation, worklists, prioritization, dunning processes, and dispute case management workflows.
• Integrate FSCM with SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, Banking, and SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions.
• Support integration with external credit agencies, risk providers, banking interfaces, payment formats, and third-party applications.
• Contribute to cash application automation, lockbox processing, electronic remittance, bank statement processing, and reconciliation initiatives.
• Configure and deploy SAP Fiori applications and analytical dashboards for credit, collections, disputes, treasury, and operational reporting.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution architecture documents, configuration documentation, and business process design artifacts.
• Lead unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, data migration, cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital management, cash visibility, credit risk monitoring and financial process efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical teams on development requirements, APIs, middleware and third-party integrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities.
• Develop training materials and knowledge transfer documentation and provide go-live and hypercare support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Finance (SAP FI) experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management and Dispute Management.
• Experience leading FSCM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong knowledge of credit scoring, risk assessment, credit exposure, credit limits, collection strategies and dispute resolution workflows.
• Experience integrating SAP FSCM with FI-AR, FI-GL, banking, cash management and related finance processes.
• Experience collaborating with global Finance, Treasury, Credit and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Demonstrated business process transformation and change management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA FSCM certification.
• Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management, liquidity forecasting, cash position management and financial risk processes.
• Experience with cash application automation, lockbox, EDI, electronic payment files and bank statement processing.
• Experience integrating with external credit rating agencies such as Moody's and other risk providers.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, analytical dashboards, KPI monitoring and operational reporting.
• Experience with APIs, middleware and third-party application integrations.
• Experience delivering large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of working capital optimization and financial process improvement best practices.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
