Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a senior SAP/PP/PPDS program leader to drive S/4HANA transformation and Kinaxis integration across a complex semiconductor supply chain. You will guide planning-to-execution initiatives, aligning SAP, MES, and PLM components for synchronized, real-time operations.

The role demands leadership of end-to-end implementation lifecycles, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven experience with multi-stage BOMs and long lead-time environments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS configuration and design.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration.
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production planning, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
• Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis integration.
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM.
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare).
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies.
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times).
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT.
