Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a senior SAP PP/PPDS expert to drive the transformation and integration with Kinaxis RapidResponse for real-time, synchronized planning and execution in a complex semiconductor supply chain.

The role leads end-to-end S/4HANA transformations, oversees design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare, and collaborates across planning, manufacturing, and IT to optimize MRP and scheduling under long lead-time constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS configuration and design.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration.
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production planning, and scheduling.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, and capacity planning.
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, QM, MES and PLM.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformations in semiconductor/high-tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
• Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis for demand, supply, S&OP, and factory planning.
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM.

Role Summary

Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities, integrating with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real-time, synchronized planning and execution across a complex semiconductor supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes
• Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Factory Planning)
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT

Must-Have Skills

Functional & Technical

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS (configuration and solution design)
• Hands on experience in Variant Configuration
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration
• Deep knowledge of:

Leadership

• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Experience leading global delivery (onshore/offshore teams)

• Experience with advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, APO)
• Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and control tower solutions
• Knowledge of:
  • o SAP BTP / Integration Suite / middleware (Talend, APIs)
