Job summary

Danta Technologies in Fremont, CA is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead to own Plan-to-Fulfill planning and production processes. You will configure SAP PP/PPDS, integrate Kinaxis RapidResponse, and drive end-to-end transformation in a semiconductor environment.

The role requires hands-on design work, end-to-end program leadership, and collaboration across SAP, MES, PLM, MM, SD, and QM modules.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS configuration and solution design.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration and Variant Configuration.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
• Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis for Demand, Supply, S&OP, Factory Planning.
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM.
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare).
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies.
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times).
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT.
• Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS with Kinaxis for real-time planning and execution.
