Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios. You will define methodologies, tooling, and governance for large programs and mentor a team of consultants and developers.

You will drive engagement with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality, cutover sequencing, and go-live readiness while ensuring adherence to migration architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP experience with 5+ years as lead data migration architect or program lead.
• At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations; 2 with S/4HANA.
• 3+ years leading migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Oversee design of data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
