Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Transformation leader to guide complex migrations from ECC to S/4HANA, delivering architectural end-to-end solutions. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-tower teams to drive successful migrations and conversions.

You bring 8+ years of experience, advisory strength, and hands-on experience with SAP RISE, multiple cloud platforms, and data readiness assessments. Strong communication to C-suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Minimum of 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years managing sales opportunities with client/account teams.
• Experience with downtime optimization approaches and clean core strategies.
• Experience in Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and multiple towers.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and workshops.
• Engage account leadership and QA teams to align on migration plans.
