Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in business process analysis, systems support, or related field.
• Experience with Jira, Q-Test, and SAP S4 HANA.
• Proven ability to manage projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site BP support across functions for SAP and BI Warehouse.
• Lead requirements gathering, BP analysis, and solution design for Quality functions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align requirements with SAP S/4HANA functionality.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Identify new technologies and system capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Optimize processes by identifying integration opportunities and automating tasks.
• Partner with Quality SMEs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and IT.
• Support end-to-end testing, data migration, and deployment readiness.
