Job summary

Infosys Life Sciences seeks an accomplished SAP Project Manager to lead Brownfield S/4HANA conversions in a regulated pharma environment. You will own end-to-end program delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial with strict adherence to GxP/CSV, SOX, FDA/UDI, and Pharma Quality standards.

You will drive cutover strategy, execution, and governance, coordinating across business, IT, data, and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP project manager experience in regulated pharma/life sciences environments.
• End-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementations with strong governance and budget control.
• Proven leadership of global, multi-disciplinary teams and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Lead cutover planning, readiness, and go-live activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage program governance including RAID, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and validation documentation in GMP/CSV contexts.
• Coordinate hybrid Agile delivery with stakeholders across regions.
