Job summary

SecureTek Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC/Energy Conservation S-2 Boiler/Burner Technician to join the Service Team in Connecticut. The role focuses on supporting commercial building heating systems, preventative maintenance, service operations, and involvement in new construction projects.

You will work under the Service General Manager and collaborate with engineering, project management, and pipefitting teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Connecticut S-2 license required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial boilers, burners, and building heating systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Team with a variety of commercial building heating systems.
• Coach and mentor technical team members on building heating systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on existing customer heating systems.
• Quote new work to support customer facility operations.
• Stay current with new technologies, equipment, and industry practices.
• Work closely with the Pipefitting Team to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams.
• Support construction project start-ups and system commissioning.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Continue professional development through ongoing education and training.
