Job summary

New England Mechanical Services is seeking HVAC Technicians with D2 or S2 licenses to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems for our Waterford, CT Operations Group.

Applicants should have commercial HVAC experience, the ability to respond on short notice, and strong communication skills. A company vehicle, HVAC equipment, gas card, cell phone, uniforms and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• CT S2 or D2 license required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Keep trade licenses current and participate in safety trainings.
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
