Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking an Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions to lead end‑to‑end RWE/RWD engagements from scoping through delivery. You will be the primary client contact, translating questions into actionable plans and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver insights and value.

This remote role can be fully remote within the United States, with hybrid options for Nashville area staff, reporting to the VP of Life Sciences Data Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4–7 years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing projects across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of real-world data sources (EHR/EMR data, claims, registries).

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE/RWD engagements from discovery to final delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for engagements.
• Translate client questions into structured workplans and analyses.
• Direct cross-functional project teams across Data & Analytics, Clinical, Research, and Product.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Lead governance and produce executive-ready updates.
• Support pre-sales and scoping activities, including proposals and SOWs.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
