Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (RWDnA) to support generation of real-world evidence in oncology. You will develop SAPs, conduct hands-on programming in SAS and R, and drive analyses of RWD to answer research questions.

You will contribute to publications and coordinate with external vendors. The role requires a doctoral or master's with substantial hands-on programming, experience with large RWD sources, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience; or Master's with 4+ years.
• Experience with real-world data sources (claims data, EHRs) and oncology datasets.
• Advanced programming in SAS and R; strong statistical methods knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop RWE queries, protocols, and SAPs for oncology projects.
• Translate analyses into clear insights for project teams.
• Lead end-to-end RWE query and study delivery with QC of analytic code.
• Evaluate real-world data sources to address research questions.
• Contribute to scientific communications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts).
• Coordinate with external analytics vendors and research partners.
