Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (RWDnA) to lead the generation of real-world evidence in oncology by delivering data-driven insights through analysis of real-world data.

You will develop RWE queries, SAPs, and protocols, perform hands-on programming in SAS and R, evaluate data sources, contribute to publications, and coordinate with external analytics vendors and research partners.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or Master's with hands-on programming experience.
• Hands-on programming with SAS and R.
• Experience with real-world data sources like administrative claims data and EHRs.
• Experience in oncology research and oncology-specific real-world data.
• Advanced programming capabilities using SAS and R.
• Proficiency in survival analysis, propensity score methods and GLMs.
• Experience with machine learning approaches applied to real-world data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop RWE queries, protocols, and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) in oncology.
• Translate analytic findings into clear insights and communicate with project teams.
• Support end-to-end RWE query and study delivery, including hands-on programming and QC of analytic code.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate real-world data sources for research questions.
• Contribute to scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and internal presentations.
• Support senior team members coordinating with external analytics vendors and research partners.
