The Role
OMNY seeks a hands-on Real World Data (RWD) Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our data solutions product line. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, sales, customer success, and engineering teams. Your responsibilities include defining product requirements, ensuring data quality, and creating new products and services, as well as enhancing existing portfolios. You should have a proven track record in defining, prioritizing, and executing product deliveries aligned with strategic roadmaps. The role involves market research, product definition, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and sales support, reporting to the Director, Data Products. You will help build a world-class product organization and revolutionize healthcare.

In This Role You Will

• Product Innovation: Gather requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and understand industry problems relative to OMNY’s value propositions.
• Roadmap Execution: Prepare detailed requirements, develop frameworks, contribute to strategic planning, and partner with engineering to execute the product roadmap.
• Product Launch and Growth: Articulate customer and business value, align scope with distribution strategies, and incorporate market feedback into iterative development cycles.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of healthcare data ecosystem experience, understanding life sciences value drivers and data needs.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data assets (EHR, claims, SDoH, labs, registries) and analytic applications (e.g., RWE, HEOR).
• Experience leading B2B product management for data platforms or data-driven healthcare products that generate revenue.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Results-oriented, with documented success in business cases and solution offerings.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
