The Role

OMNY is seeking a hands-on Real World Data (RWD) Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our data solutions product line. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, sales, customer success, and engineering teams, responsible for developing product requirements, data quality, and functional designs. Your goal is to create new products and services, ensure timely enhancements, and align with our product strategy and roadmap. You will also conduct market research, define products, develop go-to-market strategies, and support sales, reporting to the Director of Data Products.

Ideal Candidate

A market-driven, customer-focused product leader with experience in data solutions and platforms that scale and generate revenue. Proven success in launching data-driven products, preferably with AI and machine learning, in a fast-paced startup environment.

In This Role You Will

Product Innovation

1. Gather requirements on differentiating real-world data product offerings.
2. Translate requirements into actionable deliverables with success criteria.
3. Understand industry problems and validate strategic direction.

Roadmap Execution

1. Prepare detailed requirements and functional designs.
2. Develop frameworks for stakeholder understanding.
3. Contribute to product roadmap planning aligned with company goals.
4. Partner with engineering to plan and execute the roadmap.
5. Manage product KPIs and prioritize opportunities.

Product Launch and Growth

1. Articulate customer and business value.
2. Align product scope with distribution strategies.
3. Incorporate market feedback into iterative development.

What The Role Requires

• 3-5 years of healthcare data ecosystem experience, understanding life sciences and revenue models.
• Knowledge of healthcare data assets and analytic applications.
• Experience leading B2B product management for data platforms in healthcare tech.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Results-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence is preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
