Job summary

VetCare Animal Hospital in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to support outpatient and procedural services, including anesthesia and dentistry. You will work across exam rooms and surgical suites, maintaining high-quality patient care and clear client communication.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of RVT experience, Colorado license, and proficiency in anesthesia, dental care, radiography, and medical record documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience
• Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, assisting, and recovery for a variety of species
• Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
• Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
• Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
