Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Colorado RVT.
• Proficiency in anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Surgical assistance and aseptic technique.
• Dental prophylaxis and dental radiography.
• Venipuncture and intravenous catheter placement.
• Radiology positioning and safety protocols.
• Medication administration and accurate drug calculations.
• Laboratory sample collection and in-house diagnostic testing.
• Safe, low-stress patient handling and client education.
• Recent graduates pending VTNE testing and licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows.
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Assist in surgery and dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients.
• Identify patient concerns and support case management.
• Educate clients and build strong relationships.
• Ensure safe patient handling and adherence to safety protocols.
