Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce Service Cloud, and CRM.
• Ability to collaborate with service writers, technicians, or warranty staff.
• Basic understanding of RV appliances and installation procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor chargebacks and invoice submissions for completeness.
• Match chargeback/invoice info to original warranty claim.
• Enter data accurately and maintain claim records.
• Merge docs into claim file per retention standards.
• Communicate with vendors or customers about updates.
• Review warranty claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter claim data into Salesforce and related systems.
• Research claim and product history.
• Provide customers with diagnostic forms and documentation.
• Prepare claims and validate coverage for review.
• Assist with replacement part orders and authorization requests.
• Escalate complex claims to senior team.
• Participate in trainings and process improvements.
