Grand Design is seeking a Warranty Claims Processor to join our team in Elkhart, Indiana. You will manage warranty claims from Grand Design dealers, verify part numbers, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and solid customer service experience. This role offers a collaborative environment, regular communication with dealers, and opportunities to grow within our growing RV brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RV industry knowledge preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims submitted by Grand Design Dealer(s).
• Process Vendor Chargebacks for non-return parts from Dealer(s).
• Answer internal and external emails - same day.
• Phone contact with Dealers with questions on Warranty.
• Research Grand Design Parts to verify part numbers match what the Dealer is receiving.
