Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking an RV Walk-Thru Specialist to deliver RVs and provide comprehensive orientations on vehicle features and operations, ensuring customer satisfaction from delivery through post-visit support.

You will conduct pre-delivery inspections, coordinate deliveries, demonstrate systems, and train customers on RV use. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in RV operations or customer service are preferred, with weekend hours and optional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training, certifications, or relevant coursework in Business, Management, or RV operations is a plus.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in RV operations, customer service, or a related field preferred; leadership or project management experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, features, and safe towing procedures, with the ability to clearly educate and guide customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RVs to customers and provide comprehensive orientations on vehicle features and operations.
• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure quality and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely arrival at designated locations.
• Provide post‑delivery support and assist customers with questions or concerns.
• Demonstrate RV features and amenities, including slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and equipment; offer hands-on training.
• Explain hitching process and safe operation; ensure proper disconnect per policy.
