Job summary

Johnson RV seeks detailers to clean interiors and exteriors of RVs, travel trailers, and large vehicles per company standards. You’ll use equipment like carpet shampooers and pressure washers to wash, wax, and refresh units. You’ll work with a team to meet delivery dates while maintaining safety and quality, with on-the-job training provided.

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs., and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No professional detailing experience required; training provided.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean RVs, travel trailers and large vehicles inside and out according to detail procedures.
• Operate equipment like carpet shampooers, pressure washers, and chemical stations to clean, wax, and refurbish units.
• Meet reconditioning goals and delivery dates set by management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and report any damage to management.
• Maintain dealership standards of quality and service.
• Notify management of equipment needing repair.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
