Job summary

RV Station LTD in Lorena, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented RV Detail Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in transforming vehicles inside and out, enjoys hands-on work, and understands the importance of delivering a spotless, ready-to-go RV to every customer.

You will wash exteriors and detail interiors, apply protective treatments, and ensure quality before delivery or showroom display, while working outdoors in varying weather and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience (automotive, RV, marine, or similar) preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and detail RV exteriors, including roofs, awnings, windows, wheels, and body surfaces
• Perform full interior detailing: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, carpet/upholstery cleaning, and appliance wipe-downs
• Inspect RVs for cosmetic issues and report any damage or needed repairs
• Apply protective treatments such as wax, sealants, and conditioners
• Operate pressure washers, buffers, extractors, and other detailing equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with lot organization, RV staging, and occasional light shop tasks
• Ensure each RV meets company quality standards before customer delivery or showroom display
