Job summary

Beaver Coach Sales and Service is seeking a detail-oriented RV Detailer to thoroughly clean and restore motorhomes to their best appearance. The role emphasizes exterior washing, high-gloss buffing, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in our service center.

The ideal candidate has experience in vehicle detailing, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in car washing, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable.
• Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of window tinting techniques is advantageous but not required.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior experience in automotive detailing or related fields such as car wash or janitorial services is highly valued.
