Liberty Trail RV is seeking an experienced Flat-Rate RV Technician to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in RV diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of systems.

You should be confident working independently, able to manage flat-rate productivity efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems, installing accessories, and conducting inspections with accurate

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on RV technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat-rate shop environment.
Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more.
Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment.
Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates.
Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining strong quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed.
Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
