Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking an experienced RV Technician to diagnose, inspect, repair, and overhaul a range of recreational vehicles from travel trailers to motorized units. You will work on gas, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems, and may specialize in generators, appliances, or interiors.

The role requires an eye for detail, ability to read repair orders, and a willingness to work weekends in a fast-growing Texas environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades.
• Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup.
• Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems.
• RVIA/RVIT certification (or equivalent RV maintenance experience).

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components across multiple trades.
• Systems & Structural Work: Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances; fiberglass, body, and structural work.
• Electrical & Plumbing: Service 12V and 110V electrical systems and RV plumbing.
• Documentation & Communication: Write repair orders; communicate with service advisors and parts team.
• General Support: Research issues; assist with tool maintenance and department cleanliness.
