Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on RV technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat-rate shop environment.
• Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more.
• Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment.
