Qualifications

• High school senior, recent graduate, or CTC student preferred.
• Interest in mechanical, electrical, or hands-on work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced RV Technicians with inspections and repairs.
• Learn to service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems in RVs.
• Perform routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
