PPL Motor Homes is seeking skilled RV Technicians to diagnose and repair a range of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interior components. You will perform maintenance, document repairs, and communicate status with service advisors.

Compensation

$20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interior components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection work on RVs
• Install accessories and upgrades such as awnings, backup cameras, slide toppers, hitches, furniture, and other RV components
• Complete repair orders accurately and document diagnostics, parts used, and repairs performed
• Communicate with service advisors and managers regarding repair status, additional issues, and estimated completion times
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in training and stay current on RV products, systems, and repair techniques

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in repair, maintenance, mechanical, or technical service work
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in changing temperatures and shop conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and move heavier items with assistance
• Basic personal tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• RV industry experience
• Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field
• RVTI, RVIA, or other industry certifications
• Experience with diagnostic systems and service documentation
